I was given a tin of Fannie May mini pixies as a gift from very close friends in Chicago. I had heard of Fannie May but I hadn’t ever eaten their chocolates.

I was presented with this wonderful tin, with a lovely graphic of the great city of Chicago

Turning the tin over I read that a mini pixie is caramel, pecans and milk chocolate, sounds like a winner so far

Once you open the tin you are presented with two paper layers and two trays of mini pixies

The mini pixie chocolates taste great, the caramel is smooth and the pecans are crunchy, it’s a perfect balance, the milk chocolate tastes good and isn’t too sugary. If you like chocolate, pecans and caramel then mini pixies are for you. Now I wonder if Fannie May would be kind enough to ship me a box of dark chocolate mini pixies to review? 🙂
